Some Pictures...

Hi,How have you all been? We are both doing great. We have been finishing up with school this week.
We don't have a lot of
school work left so it only takes half-days to complete it all.
Which really isn't all that bad! The weather had been feeling like Summer.Earlier this week it was in the low 80s. We had a rainy day today which seems to have cooled the temps down quite a bit. It is 56 out right now. Here are a few picture we have taken throughout the past couple days.
~Have a great rest of the week!

David vs. David...

Today we decided to do a post dedicated to the best entertainment show ever (in our opinion) AMERICAN IDOL. This season seems to have flown by..considering the finale is this Wednesday night. From the beginning (the auditions) We both picked David Archuleta as our favorite contestant. To be only 17 yrs old. he has an amazing voice. The Melody's seem to flow so smoothly from his voice.I (Holly) really want him to win! Although he may not be the better performer, I think his voice over shadows all of that. Katie on the other hand is pulling for David Cook. It's kinda hard for us when it comes to voting time. There are two great people to choose from this year. I guess it could really all be determined by whether you're going to vote for a great performer or an amazing singer... In this case Katie is voting for David Cook and well I'm going to put my votes in for David Archuleta. Here are a couple video's.One of each of them. Please watch these if you would like and let us know which one you like! (: The first one is David Archuleta. The second is David Cook. Until our next post, Have a wonderful week!

Roses

Here are a few pictures I took this evening of some of our "knock-out" roses that are blooming. These rose bushes were given to us by one of our sweet neighbors. They looked kind of sickly at first but now they seem to be doing really well! Katie has filled all of our empty vases with them. They look pretty and they have such a fresh, clean scent.
Have a great evening!

Hey Everyone! We hope you all are having a great day! We have been staying busy with school. I wanted to post some pictures that I took a few days ago. Around here strawberries are very abundant this time of year.So about every two weeks or so we go driving around to different farms to purchase some. Last week we went to this little "on the side of the road" place to purchase some strawberries and I shot these pictures.I thought the scenery was beautiful! Have a wonderful week!

What We've Been Up To...

Hi,We hope you all are doing well! We have been busy with school which is always extra busy around this time of year, with only a few weeks to go.
A few days ago we took a ride around a nearby town. We were riding around on the back roads in Tryon,NC when we saw a deer staring at us! We were glad that we had our camera! The last picture is one that we took near the courthouse in Tryon(to learn more about "Old Bill Williams" click here). On the way home we stopped by Gramling Farms where we purchased our first Strawberries of the year...they were SO good!
Have a great Friday!!
