Spring break Trip!

Today was our last day of school.

We are now officially on Spring break!

You may have noticed the counter for our"spring break trip"

So we thought we would go ahead and let you all know that we want

be posting anymore for a week or so because we are taking a trip.

We could take our laptop and we may, but I don't think we will be posting anything until we return.

We are looking forward to the trip!

We have already been to D.C. a few times,but it is always a nice place to visit.

We have never been to Lancaster nor Philadelphia so that should be really nice.

We are going to Loveville to visit with relatives for a few days and then we also have Old Order Mennonite friends there as well, so it will be nice to spend some time with them.

Our Trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway

Hi,Hope you all have had a great weekend!!

We took a drive along The Blue Ridge Parkway on Saturday.The parkway was Absolutely AMAZING especially with all of the leaves being different colors.We don't think there is a word to describe how beautiful it really is...it was like being in a beautiful painting...If you have ever been there this time of year you know what we are talking about,...It is definitely a place where everyone should go at least once in there lifetime.We got some pretty good pictures but even though they really don't do the view's justice. We didn't put all of them on this slide show so we may post some more later on this week.

Our Trip To Pearson's Fall's...

Yesterday Evening we went to Pearson's Falls. It is a Beautiful Waterfall Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Saluda, North Carolina. The trail up to the waterfall was about a mile long,We were lucky because the weather was really nice and mild (not to hot). We enjoyed walking along the trail and looking at all of the different types of Flowers,Trees and Plants...(Up there the leaves were even beginning to fall as you can see in some of Our Pics). We had both been there when we were younger but we couldn't remember it. Because of the Drought The Waterfall didn't have near the water that It should have, you could even tell in some places where the water used to be. But even though.... it was still a BEAUTIFUL site.We even got to walk up and sit on the side of it! Here are a few of Our Pictures(The Background is also one of The pics we took)...Hope you enjoy them!!

BMW Family Day at Carowinds

Today we went to Carowinds for the BMW family day. It is an annual event for the employees and there family. Here are some of Our Pictures, We didn't get pics of all the rides that we rode but we did manage to get a few. There is also some pics of the different styles and colors that the BMW's come in,We didn't get a pic of our car but it is the same as the blue and champagne ones but it is a dark blue. Hope you all are having a great weekend! We have so far .After all of that walking we plan on just taking it easy until Monday.

Sky Top Apple Orchard

This Past Labor day Weekend we went to Sky Top Apple Orchard located on Pinnacle Mountain in North Carolina, It is amazingly beautiful up there!We got a bag of Macintosh but they are really small and their not the best in the world either...That is most likely the result of the Drought.We got cider Icee's and they were really yummy in Our Opinion the cider is the best thing there but guess what?... we drove right out of there without purchasing a drop of it ..lol I'm not sure what we were thinking I guess we just got caught up in the picture taking or maybe it was the view? This Past Weekend We went down to Charleston,South Carolina.We had a great time. We went downtown quite a few times and to the beach at the Isle of Palms.Most of the pictures are from the beach but a few of them are of us on the way home.Unfortunately we forgot our camara when we went downtown but we did manage to get a few good poses of Harley!!(:
