Hi Autumn, You just lay the rubber like Silpat mat on the bottom of your cookie sheet. It makes the cookies cook evenly and they will never stick. You can click on the link provided in this post to find out more. The link is the word Silpat.
Thanks for telling me about this. I don't have problems with my cookies sticking, but In know some people that do. I figured out, that if you don't have an oven that tells you when it is preheated, then your temperature is probably too high. I used to have an oven like that. Getting an oven thermometer helps too, so you can see if the temp. is right. that silpat is a cool idea though!
I'm confused...How do you use it?
