This afternoon we made some homemade "Spanakopita" AKA Spinach Pie.
We have always enjoyed trying foods from different regions. As a result we like all types of foods. From Greek to Russian. You have most likely tried Spanakopita before but if not... you should! (: Here is the recipe.
