Here are a few Pictures of the Holiday Peppermint Bark that I made this Evening. It Turned out really well and it taste WONDERFUL. It is so Simple to make here is the Recipe...

Holiday Peppermint Bark

1 cup of Crushed candy canes

2 Pounds of White Chocolate

Peppermint flavoring (to taste)

Place candy canes in a plastic bag and hammer into 1/4 inch pieces or smaller (I choose smaller).Melt the Chocolate in a double boiler. Combine candy cane chunks with Chocolate (add peppermint flavoring at this point if desired.) Pour Mixture onto a cookie sheet layered with waxed paper and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from cookie sheet and break into pieces (like peanut brittle.)

Yum! We make something similar to that. We use white chocolate almond bark, and then we put in little red and green peppermint chips (you can only but them at certain stores.)
But you make it them same way, and it is really yummy!
