Apple Crisp

Today for Home economics I made an Apple Crisp. Holly got most of the steps on camera (: It is really good, and fairly easy to make! Here is the Recipe: Apple Crisp
3 Pounds of Apples
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup rolled oats 4 Tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Preparation: Peel, core and chop apples, toss in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent darkening. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir into apples put into baking dish and set aside. In another bowl combine flour, sugar and oats, butter and nuts and cream together. Spread on top of apples. bake at 350 for about 40 mins or until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!! ~Katie~
